Close"Liberty: Past, Present and Future" We live in a culture that values and defines freedom as the ability to be and to do whatever we like, believing the pursuit of happiness is found in a life defined by this freedom. By contrast, Jesus, and the writers of the New Testament define freedom much differently, believing true freedom is freedom from being ruled by our inner desires, living a life of disciplined discipleship.
