Join us for the final installment of our fall sermon series on the book of Exodus, where we journey to understand the profound nature of God, especially in times of sin and brokenness. Throughout Exodus, we’ve explored the plight of a people who have lost sight of God's true character after enduring the harshness of a sinful world.
We will confront the tension of living in a world filled with sin and injustice, affirming that while God’s love is unwavering and eternal, His justice is equally steadfast. How do we live in the light of this truth?
The events of the book of Exodus are probably the most quoted and referenced stories of the entire Bible. In fact, it might not be too much of a stretch to say that in order to truly understand Jesus, you need to know and understand the Book of Exodus. Beginning this week and stretching throughout the fall, we will be studying the book of Exodus on Sundays. Exodus is the story about rediscovering who God is, not just back then but for you and me today. Join us as we introduce the book of Exodus and rediscover God.
